NNN Challenge Day 2: She’s a Pain In My Balls

I don’t know why I thought it was a good idea to go with my stepbrother to the doctor; his balls were hurting so bad that I just wanted to help him however I could, but when the doctor said that the pain was there because his balls were full of semen, I knew I was not going to help him with that.
